Kreuterbar redefines your lunch. Kreuterbar stands for conscious consumption of delicious dishes made with regional and seasonal ingredients from high quality producers. Our experienced fine-dining Chef Bartosz is the mastermind behind the recipes while Polina handles the marketing and operations.

Our ingredients are sourced from producers in the Canton of Zurich. Whatever cannot be found here we look for in the neighbouring cantons. If we still can’t find it, we source from neighboring countries. We never go farther, except for spices, which are essential for our dishes. We always aim for staying as local as possible while not compromising the taste of the lunches we present to you.

Another topic close to our hearts a are forgotten or rare types of vegetables and grains which we would like to bring onto your plates. There is a great diversity of delicious and nutritious ingredients available from Zurich or surrounding regions. We showcase these producers and ingredients on our website and social media channels to establish a deeper connection between the you and the producers.
